Data collected

Only the contact form collects personal data. You are asked for the following:

your name — to identify you and personalise our reply;
your email address — to reply to you;
your phone number — optional, if you would rather talk;
the subject of your enquiry — to route it to the right person;
the content of your message.

Apart from the anti-robot check described below, no data is collected without your knowledge: the site uses neither advertising trackers nor analytics tools, and builds no browsing profile for commercial purposes.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to handle and reply to your enquiry. It is not used for unsolicited marketing and is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given explicitly when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.

Retention period

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then for a maximum of three years from our last exchange for the purpose of managing the business relationship. After that period they are deleted.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for authorised staff at NETWAYS responsible for handling your enquiry.

The content of your message does not leave the European Union. Only the anti-robot check described below involves transmitting technical data to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC.

Protecting the form against automated submissions

To prevent mass automated messaging, the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It analyses how you interact with the page in order to tell a human visitor from an automated program, without asking you to solve a puzzle.

To that end, Google collects and processes technical and behavioural data: your IP address, information about your browser and operating system, mouse movements, keystrokes and how long you spend on the page. This data is sent to Google, including to servers located outside the European Union, and may be used by Google to improve the service. It is never disclosed to us: we receive only a score indicating how likely the submission is to be legitimate.

This processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse and keeping the site available. For more information, see the Google privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and its terms of service at policies.google.com/terms.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights over your data:

right of access — to confirm that your data is processed and obtain a copy;
right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
right to erasure — to request deletion of your data;
right to restriction — to request that processing be suspended;
right to object — to object to processing on grounds relating to your situation;
right to portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

This site sets only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie, created only when you use the contact form, and a security token that protects that form against fraudulent submissions.

The contact page additionally loads the Google reCAPTCHA service, which sets its own technical cookies to tell human visitors from automated programs. Those cookies are set by Google and are described in the section on protecting the form.
